Devlet Sert’s Ongoing Efforts in Collective Bargaining and Collective Agreements

HAK-İŞ Public Framework Protocol Coordination Committee Comes Together

The HAK-İŞ Public Framework Protocol Coordination Committee, chaired by HAK-İŞ Vice President and Öz Sağlık-İş Union President Devlet Sert, gathered at the HAK-İŞ Headquarters. The meeting was attended by HAK-İŞ Deputy Secretary General Hamdi Abdullah Koçoğlu, Öz Sağlık-İş Union Deputy Secretary General Yahya Bilgin, as well as representatives from Öz Gıda-İş, Öz Güven-Sen, Liman-İş, Öz İletişim-İş, Medya-İş, and Öz Orman-İş unions, along with experts.

During the meeting, discussions were held on the efforts related to the Public Framework Protocol covering the years 2025-2026, focusing on the rights of public workers and the protocol processes. Under Devlet Sert’s leadership, the meeting addressed key topics concerning the labor market and emphasized the steps to be taken in line with the demands of public workers.

On another note, President Sert conveyed the demands of social service workers to Deputy Minister of Family and Social Services Zafer Tarıkdaroğlu.

President Sert Conveys the Demands of Social Service Workers to Deputy Minister Tarıkdaroğlu

HAK-İŞ Vice President and Öz Sağlık-İş Union President Devlet Sert visited Deputy Minister of Family and Social Services Zafer Tarıkdaroğlu within the scope of collective bargaining negotiations for social service workers. While the Collective Agreement negotiations between Öz Sağlık-İş Union and the Ministry of Family and Social Services, members of the Turkey Employers’ Confederation (TÜHİS), continue at full speed, Devlet Sert communicated the demands of social service workers to Deputy Minister Tarıkdaroğlu.

During the meeting, issues such as the problems of social service workers due to Decree Law No. 696, transfer and salary issues, working conditions, and other demands were discussed in detail. President Sert presented solution suggestions to protect the rights and interests of employees.

In a warm atmosphere during the visit, Deputy Minister Tarıkdaroğlu expressed his pleasure in welcoming President Sert and the board members. Tarıkdaroğlu stated that they would consider the solution suggestions presented by our union and that they were ready for joint efforts to solve the problems of social service workers.

It was emphasized that negotiations would continue to protect and improve the rights of social service workers during the collective bargaining process.
